HOW IT WORKS

It all starts with a chat...

I’m always excited to hear from new folk - and once you get in touch with me (email works best), we'll have an initial chat, giving you the perfect chance to ask questions and see if I’m the right fit for you. There’s no charge until we officially start working together and we will always agree costs beforehand.

How long will it last?

Facilitation can take the form of single sessions, day-long workshops or extended programmes. I also work with some organisations on an ongoing basis.

Work-based coaching can be added on to a facilitated programme (and can significantly enhance the impact of it). It can also be a very effective as a standalone option for personal and professional development. I currently work with people in roles at every level of their organisations.

Personal coaching (self-funded) can take the form of single or multiple sessions, depending on your goals and needs.

Costs/Pay it forward

Costs can vary a bit depending on your circumstances, the volume of work you want, whether you want to do the work in person or online etc and so that is something we would discuss together initially. You can also email me before that to get a rough idea of costs first if you prefer.

Personally-funded coaching can feel unaffordable to many of us and investing in ourselves can be bottom of a long list of costs. If this is your situation, you may find the following options useful:

I am a freelance coach and facilitator with the Social Enterprise Academy, which provides some funded coaching and programmes for those working in the not for profit sector.

I am also a freelance coach with Queerwell, which provides funded coaching for the LGBTQ+ community.

Each year, I offer some lower-cost and no-cost coaching for those who face financial barriers, particularly those who identify as LGBTQ+ or have care experience. If you are interested in this, please get in touch.

If you're from a corporate organisation and interested in ways you can 'pay it forward' for charities, social enterprises and individuals, please get in touch.
