Facilitation includes designing/co-creating and delivering processes which support groups to tackle challenges, generate ideas and learn and develop together. To maximise impact, it's important to start this process by creating a collective space that is not just 'safe', but actively encourages everyone to be themselves and share their voices authentically and respectfully throughout the process.

Facilitation can take many forms including structured training, but more usually I use open, non-directive approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry. You can choose from single sessions, day-long workshops or extended programmes.

I have been fortunate to have opportunities to work with a diverse range of groups, including boards, staff and volunteer teams, networks, focus groups and support groups; helping them navigate beyond feeling ‘stuck’, become more empowered and achieve their goals effectively together.
